1. Token Description
FC-00-00-02 (FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP CLUB)
Round 1(R1) Founders Membership Club Membership Price is US$ 50,000 Then, when Round 2 of funding for the respective company is achieved the Founder Member can choose to either receive: 1) US$ 100,000 or 2) to receive US$ 5,000 and US$ 10,000 of tokens in the respective company.
Round 2 (R2) Amount typically to be raised will be US$ 50,000 to US$ 100,000 (to Cover Capital Raising Costs)
Round 3(R3) Amount typically to be raised will be US$ 150,000 + (Rockstar Platform or Other)
Round 4(R4) Amount typically to be raised will be US$ 1million +
Round 5(R5) Amount typically to be raised will be into or through a Fund structure, Listed Fund, Secured Bond.
